Unsigned Assembly

This version corrects remaining problems with x.toString, x.Round, x.ToFile.

This version implements a 'bd' (for bigdecimal) object which consists of an mpz_t integer part and a long value which specifies the implied decimal point position. The bd object might prove useful for rounding a bf object to a specified number of digits before or after the decimal point.

Checks for arithmetic overflow or underflow are again compiler-included in this release.
