Unsigned Assembly

Added functions x.toString and x.ToFile for x of type bcr and bcp. Adjusted x.ToFile functions to return results faster when the underlying exponent(s) is of large magnitude.

Modified functions bcr(string...) and bcp(string...) so that the string can specify both parameters of a bcr or bcp object.
Added functions bcr(... FilePath ...) and bcp(... FilePath ...) to initialize bcr or bcp objects from file data.

Adjusted x.Sin, x.Cos, x.Tan for a bf x so that calculation of PI is not required for angles of size |x| less than about 1.4e+1505. Normalizes larger magnitude angles or if PI is already computed to sufficient precision.
Adjusted, so that if the trigonometric functions are calculated on x of type degrees or gradians, normalization of angles always occurs to the input degrees or gradians and calculation of PI is never required.

Corrected some problems in normalizing negative angles.

Corrected some problems in bcp object creation.

Corrected some problems which occured when specifying input or output in base 63 or 64.

Checks for arithmetic overflow or underflow are again compiler-included in this release.
