Unsigned Assembly

Re-worked the bf x.Exp function for the first time after the last time. The max for input x is now |x| less than about 1e+1000. I believe that the source of errors for x large compared to Precision has finally been identified and successfully dealt with.

Re-worked x.Quadrant such that it is always accurate and no longer relies on an implicit or explicit Precision parameter.

Re-worked x.Cos, x.Sin, x.Tan such that the precision of output is more accurate and a full Precision digits measured from the left-most non-zero digit. I believe that all supported functions now measure the precisions of their outputs in the same way.

Updated the XML documentation and provided an updated version of the LongCalcDemoApp.

Checks for arithmetic overflow or underflow are again compiler-included in this release.
