Unsigned Assembly

Just two small changes with this version:

1) Reverse a bug change that crept in in version 0.3.19.0, in which bcr ArcCosH might return a value which is not the principal value in certain situations.

2) Modify bcr Sqrt and bcr Root functions to handle the case such that square roots of x, where x is negative and real, return a bcr value with real part exactly equal 0 (and imaginary part = square root of x.Abs()).

Checks for arithmetic overflow or underflow are again compiler-included in this release.
