⁃ Conventions are added to the end of the middleware stack automatically.
 ⁃ In most cases, this means that the `Configure` method can be removed from startup classes altogether.
⁃ The forwarded headers middleware is now activated in the default way, via setting the environment variable `ASPNETCORE_FORWARDEDHEADERS_ENABLED` to "true".
 ⁃ It now also uses the default configuration by default.
⁃ The collection of API conventions has been improved to cover more cases.
⁃ Convenient action results have been consolidated into the library.

⁃ The library is now compatible with netcoreapp3.1.
 ⁃ It uses features such as endpoint routing, and has been modernized to fit the framework.
 ⁃ Health checks have been delegated to the framework-provided types and systems.
 ⁃ Routing to the singular Swagger (OpenAPI) definition has been simplified.
   ⁃ Routing to the definition is linear, and will thus no longer report meaningless routing failures.
⁃ Standardized CORS rules have been added, and can be accessed by standardized keys.
⁃ `ConfigureProgramServices` has been moved to an extension method on `IServiceCollection` called `AddProgramServices`.
⁃Tiger.Secrets is now completely separated from this library.
