ETLBox 1.8.2-alpha

Release Notes

Fixing performance issue for DbMerge. Also, LookupTransformation and Aggregate Attributes now need to be set on the lookup / aggregate object.

BREAKING CHANGES since 1.8.0: Adjusted CSVSource/CSVDestination and DBSource/DBDestination/DBMerge to real CamelCase - they are now CsvSource/CsvDestination and DbSource/DbDestination/DbMerge. Further, ConnectionString was renamed to SqlConnectionString.
