ETLBox 1.7.5

It's all in the box! Run all your ETL  jobs with this handy C# library. Create your own dataflow, where data is send from a source to a target and transformed on its way. Release Notes

Fixing bug if csv file has no header record. Bulk inserts using the DBDestinations with postgres had problems with timestamp data type - this is solved. All log tasks have been improved, and now they will work with all supported databases.
