### Fixed
- The Git provider no longer stops `git lfs ls-files -j` after 15 seconds without output. The command writes its JSON at the end, so large repositories failed with `lfs_listing_failed`. The listing has no time limit now in `ObjectMaterialization.ListObjects`, `Materialize` and `Dematerialize`, including the download that `Materialize` runs. Each of these takes an `OperationContext`, and canceling it ends the git-lfs process and returns a `Canceled` failure.
