Breaking changes:
 - Triplex.ProtoDomainPrimitives.Exceptions.Message(string) now throws Triplex.Validations.Exceptions.ArgumentFormatException instead of System.FormatException.

New Features:
 - Relational operators overload for AbstractDomainPrimitive and common derived types: NegativeInteger, PositiveInteger.
 - Mark assembly as CLS-Compliant
 - Use String.GetHashCode(StringComparison) for all domain primitives wrapping String
