This is a prerelease version, using undocumented Discord behaviour.

           Implement component parameters for some endpoints.
           Implement support for button components.
           Implement the infrastructure for message components.
           Add permission categorization for stage channels.
           Replace IsNSFW with NSFWLevel.
           Add missing field.
           Fix optionality of parameter.
           Update stage discovery implementation.
           Implement a way to send presence information with the initial connection.
