Updated AES generator and encryptor to accept the following environment variables along side the original configuration manager settings:

Environment Variables:
1. ASPNETCORE_ENCRYPTION_SECRET
2. ASPNETCORE_ENCRYPTION_SALT
3. ASPNETCORE_ENCRYPTION_VECTOR

ConfigurationManager.AppSettings:
1. Secret
2. Salt
3. Vector

variables are set like so:
