InterfaceFiller: Code gen to implement interface using backup field.

Default implementation

public interface ITestApi
{
    Task<bool> FunA(int x, int y);
    Task<StreamContent> FunB(Barrier barrier, Random randomAccess);
}

The partial TestApi class, contains testApi backup field, is inherited ITestApi.

}

Eventhough you don't provide the implementation of interface but there is no compile error because InterfaceFiller attribute will help generate the default implementation.
