General WPF Installer and General Config tool

This package contains 2 modules, first is the general installer which can be driven by a CSV file, the other one is a general config tool which takes advantage of SQLite 3 to store interprocess configure items in just one table.

How to use General Installer:

1. create a CSV file with all modules defined, you can reference to InstallerConfig.csv as attached, every item just are literally, like what all inside the CSV:

2, specify which CSV file takes effect when installing, just set the only configure item in GeneralInstall.exe.config 3, run GeneralInstall.exe, it will extract all items in the sub folders named as each Item1Name, Item2Name, etc. and register COM components if its assembly name has extension of DLL, or register App if the extension is EXE.

The other package General Config consists of 3 sub modules:

1. database operate module GeneralConfig_v2.COM.dll which is a COM component
2. management UI module GeneralConfig_v2.UICOM.dll which is also a COM component with WPF implementaion
3. GeneralConfig_v2.WpfManager is the app which will call the above 2 COMs

the General Config takes reference to existing NuGET packages:

1. GeneralSQLiteViewer, current version is higher because editors are also included
2. CSVMultilang

Both have the dependencies SQLite 3 and Microsoft.WindowsAPICodePack, appreciate to provide the functionalities.

One more thing, GeneralInstaller has complete multilang, however GeneralConfig is incomplete. The install bits is under sub folder 'assets'.
