Visma.NET Connector for DynamicWeb About The Visma.NET Connector enables seamless integration between Visma.NET and the DynamicWeb platform. It synchronizes key business data such as products, stock levels, prices, customers and orders. This eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures consistent information across platforms.

Requirements � DynamicWeb 10.x (Contact Flex Media for DW 9.1x.x version) � Visma.NET with REST API access � Active license subscription from Flex Media � Valid API credentials (Tenant ID)

Installation

  1. Contact Flex Media to activate the connector and provide your license details.
  2. Enter your API credentials in the connector setup interface within DynamicWeb.
  3. Select which data types should be synchronized.
  4. Test the connection to confirm proper communication between systems.

Configuration The connector is managed via the DynamicWeb backend interface. Users can: � Choose which data types to synchronize � Map Visma.NET fields to DynamicWeb fields � Set synchronization schedules Detailed configuration documentation is available from Flex Media upon request.

Licensing A valid and active subscription is required to use the connector. License terms are available in your service agreement or by contacting support@flexmedia.dk.

Hosting, Availability, and Data Security The connector is hosted as part of the customer�s DynamicWeb installation and does not process or store personal data outside the DynamicWeb or ERP environment. The availability and performance of the connector depend primarily on the infrastructure provided by DynamicWeb, as well as other supporting services required for the connector to operate. For this reason, Flex Media does not guarantee a specific uptime level. Availability is inherently dependent on third-party platforms and services outside of Flex Media�s direct control. Flex Media shall not be held liable for downtime, limited accessibility, incorrect license validation, or interruptions caused by infrastructure issues, service outages, or operational errors in supporting systems.
