zmj个人按照ffmpeg.exe的控制台的参数说明制作的格式化控制台参数及调用控制台命令并且使用其功能的中间库，有一些参数的含义及参数的内容已经列举为各个方法，可以从方法上直观的看出参数的意义和用法，方法名也是格式化过的，由于ffmpeg的参数分为全局参数，输入参数，输出参数，所以文件名也是对应的不同前缀，使用时更加明确。
