The DomainModel class has been marked as obsolete. Checking and creating the persistency layer is not part of the responsibility of the
framework. Also, creating instances of the SubDomainModel classes shuld be done using IoC-techniques.
Added the new ISubDomainModel<T> interface which makes it easier to initialize an instance of the SubDomainModel using dependency injection.
