I found a weird behavior in DataTier.Net, as references for DataJuggler.Net needed to DataJuggler.Net5 for .Net5 projects, and DataJuggler.Net (without the 5) for Dot Net Framework.

I am still looking for how these references are being changed, but this hack at least means the output code will have the right one for the project type.

The place where you view the Project References in DataTier.Net fixes this issue, but I can't from within this library.

All this new fix does is before a reference is printed, a test for:

Note: string constants DataNugglerNetFramework = "DataJuggler.Net" DataNugglerNet5 = "DataJuggler.Net5"

// if the reference is wrong if (dotNet5Project) { if (TextHelper.IsEqual(reference.ReferenceName, DataJugglerNetFramework)) { // Change to DataJuggler.Net5 reference.ReferenceName = DataJugglerNet5; } } else if ((!dotNet5Project) && (TextHelper.IsEqual(reference.ReferenceName, DataJugglerNet5))) { // Change to DataJuggler.Net5 reference.ReferenceName = DataJugglerNetFramework; }

This isn't a fix, it's a band-aid. But if you never see the wrong value, does it exist?
