Esse projeto se encontra em desenvolvimento. E foi baseado na regra descrita em: https://crontab.guru/
O objetivo é interpretar uma string como o exemplo "* * * * *" para executar tarefas repetitivas.
Onde minuto hora dia mes dia-da-semana são separados por espaço e podem ser interpretados para um DateTime. Assim é possível utilizar em tarefas em background
