Specializations of formal languages and automata: a Password Strength Accepter. (faster than regular expressions, if logging is disabled), a Sequence Consumer that consumes a particular sequence from a tape of symbols.

Added an EncodingAlphabets utility to get complete alphabets for string encodings.
Breaking change: "ILogger" moved to options for convenience. Defaults to "NullLogger" with the relevant category name if absent.
