AsyncSemaphore
A simple wrapper around a SemaphoreSlim
that supports automatic releasing of a lock on scope exit with the using
keyword.
No more try/finally
code blocks!
Install

Usage
private readonly AsyncSemaphore _asyncSemaphore = new AsyncSemaphore(1);
