- 在启动项目中引入Aicrosoft.Extensions.ApplicationInsights
- 打开项目的启动配置代码，增加下面语句

- 如果有需要，直接使用包
Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.WorkerService，只要加入services.AddApplicationInsightsTelemetryWorkerService();后再加上配置内容就可以直接监测App的健康并上传相关的日志信息。
