Azure DevOps Test Plans exporter
This repository contains an export CLI for Azure Test Plans.
Configuration
The tool is configured with a JSON file called testplanexport.config.json, which is read from the current working
directory on execution.
The content should look like the following example:

Azure DevOps with custom defined scopes Test Management → Read, and the organization containing the test plan.
