Logging Tweaks, Moved Loaded Assembly Enumeration
#ADD: Added more plugin loader logs to DualityApp, now tracking exactly what Assemblies are available and where.
#CHANGE: Assemblies are now logged with their version number.
#CHANGE: Moved environment info logs to DefaultPluginLoader, because it's available much sooner and more reliably than the system backend plugin.
#CHANGE: Replaced the system backend's GetLoadedAssemblies() API with a new LoadedAssemblies property in the IPluginLoader, so all functionality related to Assembly loading and discovery are in one place.
#CHANGE: Adjusted dummy implementations for plugin loading and system backend.
#CHANGE: Adjusted unit tests.
