Trimble App Xchange Connector SDK License

The App Xchange Connector SDK, CLI, and other components (collectively,
"Toolkit") are intended to be used in connection with a subscription to App
Xchange. Access to and use of the Toolkit is subject to the agreement that
governs your use of App Xchange ("App Xchange Agreement"). The Toolkit may be
used to build connectors on the App Xchange platform in accordance with your
App Xchange Agreement.  If you are accessing the Toolkit without a
subscription to App Xchange, your access to and use of the Toolkit is subject
to the Trimble Developer Terms available at
https://www.trimble.com/en/legal/developer-terms or any successor website made
available to you. BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE TOOLKIT, YOU AGREE TO
BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APP XCHANGE AGREEMENT OR
TRIMBLE DEVELOPER TERMS, AS APPLICABLE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO SUCH AGREEMENT,
YOU MUST NOT INSTALL, ACCESS, OR USE THE TOOLKIT. Except for these limited
usage rights, Trimble and its licensors retain all ownership and other rights
(including all intellectual property rights) in the Toolkit.
