This software package ("SharedKernel") is the proprietary work of Hassan Thamer ("Licensor") and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use this software only if you have been explicitly authorized in writing by the Licensor. By receiving, installing, or using SharedKernel, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE  
   The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SharedKernel solely for internal business purposes and only as explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. RESTRICTIONS  
   Except as expressly permitted in writing:
   - You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the software or any part thereof.
   - You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the software.
   - You may not use the software for any commercial product or SaaS offering unless licensed accordingly.

3. OWNERSHIP  
   SharedKernel is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. TERMINATION  
   This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies.

5. NO WARRANTY  
   This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the software.
