Serilog support

If you use Serilog for logs and would like these logs to be included as context when Elmah captures errors, the Serilog.Sinks.Elmah.AspNetCore package can be used can be used. This will add a ILogEventSink to DI which will be picked up by Serilog when the option to read configuration from services is used.
