to use this project I suggest to create a middleware and in try catch when you catch exceptions call ExceptionHandler.HandleExceptionAsync and pass httpcontext and exception and do not forget , just write await ExceptionMiddleware.HandleExceptionAsync(httpcontext, exception) don't throw the exception !!!!!!!!! its just a simple and message base exception handler if you want more you can add anything you want to this project by pull it from GitHub https://github.com/Javidleo/ExceptionHandling/tree/master/CustomException
