Plugin for quartz.net scheduler for enablign remote scheduler control

Technology

• TCP listening - supports NegotiateStream
• Transports data using StreamJsonRpc with MessagePack-CSharp formating

Server

enable plugin using configuration

• All ISchedule implementations excluding one which works with calendars
• works remote job adding, scheduling, pausing, ...
