This has been republished under XperienceCommunity.UrlRedirection.Base (.net CORE support only). If still using .net 4.8 on the MVC site, you should use this, however if you are using .net Core for the MVC Site, use this package.
This package is used in both the Admin and MVC So this still is .net Standard.

To be installed on the Kentico Admin project.
If first time installing, make sure that once installed, that your
Kentico.Xperience.Libraries package is updated to the hotfix that matches your solution.
- Once installed, rebuild and reload your admin site.
- You may need to assign it to your site by going to Modules → Kentico URL Redirection → Sites → add to site
- Once done, reload your browser and you will see the URL Redirection UI element

This is for the Kentico Xperience 13 .net Core solution (Site). Must install HBS.KenticoURLRedirection.Admin on the administrator site prior to usage. Enables custom 301 and 302 redirects to be created and managed within Kentico Xperience 13. Handles Query String matching/combining/appending, lingual, exact match vs. not, etc. Use IServiceCollection.AddURLRedirection(); and ContainerBuilder.UseURLRedirection(); in your startup to leverage.

Fixed port issue in (13.0.3), in 13.0.4 fixed http https issue with redirects to another domain, 13.0.5 fixed if an invalid to or from url redirection is created that it won't blow up but will properly set the event log error and continue
