EncryptTools 2.0.1.1 已停止维护，请迁移至替代包 MiSeal.Core 2.2.1（完整替代，API 兼容，且可解密旧版密文）。
迁移步骤：
① 将 PackageReference 由 EncryptTools 2.0.1.1 改为 MiSeal.Core 2.2.1；
② 代码中 using EncryptTools.Core; 改为 using MiSeal.Core;，其余调用不变。
新版修复了旧版多处严重缺陷（单实例连续加密崩溃、明文超长崩溃、异常输入未捕获异常、Windows 密钥库污染），加密升级为 AES-256-GCM / RSA-2048-OAEP，并新增 SBE 软件绑定加密与口令模式。要求 .NET Core 3.0+ / .NET 5+，不支持 .NET Framework，Framework 项目请暂缓迁移并联系维护者。
