This package is designed to be everything Cassia is today but to allow dotnet core to compile/restore it properly so there isn't that lovely warning message.

This is everything compiled in NetStandard2.0. The only change is a single dependency which is now required due to dotnet core so that NTAccount is usable.

Feel free to use this, I don't plan to make many changes if any.
