Calc Weather Phenomenons

This is a library in .dll format. It contains two classes, both of which are basically the same. There are two differences:

  • WeatherCalcCelsius uses and outputs values in metric system
  • WeatherCalcFahrenheit uses and outputs values in imperial system

Both contain methods to calculate multiple weather phenomenons:

  • wind chill
  • heat index
  • cloud base height
  • dew point

Methods

Wind Chill

  • method name: wct
  • needs temperature (°C/°F) and wind speed (°C: km/h; °F: mph) as properties
  • will output the wind chill temperature in °C/°F

Heat Index

  • method name: hi
  • needs temperature (°C/°F) and relative humidity in % as properties
  • will output the heat index in °C/°F

Cloud Base Height

  • method name: cbh
  • needs temperature (°C/°F) and dew point (°C/°F; Calculatable by dew point method) as properties
  • will output the cloud base height above ground level in m (°C) or feet (°F)

Dew Point

  • method name: dp
  • needs temperature (°C/°F) and relative humidity in % as properties
  • will output the dew point in °C or °F
