END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR BLOCK FARM EDITOR NUGET PACKAGE

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, "Licensee") and Joshua Hess ("Licensor") for the use of the Block Farm Editor NuGet package ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
- The Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software on a per-domain basis.
- A single license is valid for one production domain, including its associated subdomains used for www, dev, test, and staging environments (e.g., www.domain.com, dev.domain.com, test.domain.com, staging.domain.com).
- A separate license is required for each additional production domain.

2. TRIAL PERIOD
- Licensee is granted a free trial period of three (3) months, commencing from the first day of the calendar month in which the Software is first used.
- During the trial period, all features of the Software are available for evaluation.
- At the end of the trial period, continued use of the Software requires the purchase of a valid license per domain as described in Section 1.

3. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee may NOT:
   - Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or lend the Software or any portion thereof to any third party.
   - Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
   - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.

4. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. TERMINATION
This Agreement shall terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software in their possession.

6. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Licensor is not obligated to provide any updates, maintenance, or support for the Software unless otherwise agreed in writing.
