This is a library that provides some extension methods for use in building plugins.

CsvParser

The CsvParser abstract class is exactly what it says. It's a base class that you can use to help you read in a CSV file. We have found that banks' notion of what "Comma Separated Values" are varies wildly, and so typical libraries like CsvHelper didn't work for us. It might for you though, so feel free to use that. Note that the netstandard2.0 dependency requirement is quite strict. UWP apps can't reference net6.0 or such, so whatever you use will be limited by that.
