A simple library for reading, really scraping, the SmartMeterTexas website. Mainly useful if you want to programmaticly pull down daily usage for storing locally. Note this package is NOT an official package from SmartMeterTexas.

Important Note:
As per notice from SmartMeterTexas, the website will be overhauled on 12/10/2019. I expect this to break this package but I intend to release a new version as soon as I can to resolve any issues. In addition the notice included a note about an actual API being available so I might be able to utilize that directly or this package could become obsolete. Time will tell.
