Immp : Place "iec104win32d.dll" from "packages\iec60870_5_104.21.4.18\runtime\iec104win32d.dll" folder to your application output directory.
This package includes x86 binaries. You must specify the target platform in your IDE (i.e. you cannot use "AnyCPU / x64").
Both iec 104 server and client - file transfer (Monitoring and control direction) implemented.
