dylan.NET v.11.10.4.1 with MSBuild 17.3+ support files, resource compilation support.
dylan.NET 11.10.x.y includes experimental support for formattable strings, and exception filters, the new (+) and (-) operators as well as experimental support for the #nullcond operator. dylan.NET has switched to use portable pdb as its debug database output format. Support for MSBuild is for MSBuild 17.3+ running on both .NET Framework 4.7.2+/Mono and .NET 8.0+.
