VxSdk.NET-Media 3.0.63

Provides a .NET wrapper for the Pelco VideoXpert SDK, which allows third party applications to integrate with the VideoXpert platform.  This package also provides media support via GStreamer, allowing applications to display video streams from VideoXpert systems.
