Progress Rectangles

Progress rectangles are rectangles that show progress.
They run on a timer.
To include them into a WinForm do Choose Items in Toolbox, press Browse, select the DLL, press OK in the open-file dialog, then press OK in the Choose Items dialog. The control is then added to the Toolbox.
Progress rectangles have methods to control them.
Start() and Stop() are controller methods.
Start() starts, Stop() stops.
Progress rectangles aren't started right when they are created.
To track age from Excel spreadsheet use 09/30/2010
