This release creates .PLGX archives that break KeePass' cache directory naming scheme on Windows, which is part of it's overall cache management strategy.  Specifically, KeePass usually computes a cache directory with the same name as a .PLGX archives created previously with this task.  This causes .PLGX upgrades to fail, since KeePass refuses to extract the "new" archive into the "old", non-empty cache directory.

This is a prerelease version of PlgxBuildTasks.
