Major version 4 is a significant modernisation of the library to take advantage of the evolution of the .NET ecosystem over the last decade. There is now only a single project and NuGet package that targets .NET Standard 2.0. This library can be referenced by all modern project types. There is no longer a need for a separate UWP library. The source code and project structure has been greatly simplified. The public API has not changed.
