A change has been made in the x.toString and x.ToFile functions to measure the Precision of the output beginning with the decimal point or dot in the event |x| less than 1. In previous versions, measurements were always calculated beginning with the left-most non-zero digit. This was both misleading and erroneous, since the calculation of many functions such as x.Cos and x.ArcTan are calculated to Precisions beginning with the decimal point if the value of the output is less than 1 in absolute value.

This change produces better and more consistent results. For example, the following code, where the adjustment to 'n' in the Precisions of PI and Divide is so that we include a full 'n' decimal places in output from those functions:

           long n = ???; // enter a positive value for multiple of pi / 2 here.
           string s = bf.PI(n + (long)Math.Log10(n)).Multiply(n).Divide(2, n + (long)Math.Log10(n)).Cos(n).toString(false, false, n);

Checks for arithmetic overflow or underflow are again compiler-included in this release.
