Simplifies mapping UNC shares with specific credentials into the application context for access.

Usage:
- Call AddUncAccessManager on your DI Collection during Startup.
- Inject IUncAccessManager where needed
- Call Login() overload with the path and credential you are using to access the UNC share.
- Access the share using standard File IO.
- Call Logout() when you have finished accessing the UNC Share.
