Updates to Font Awesome release 5.4.1

This version of the CSS package moves the Font Awesome CSS files and JavaScript files into folders called fontawesome - this should help with conflicts with the all.css and all.js files that are part of the release. This also has the side-effect of bringing this package structure inline with the Sass and Less packages.

Font Awesome 5 is a major update from Font Awesome 4. You will likely need to adjust your fa classes. See https://fontawesome.com/how-to-use/upgrading-from-4

Please note that this package is not maintained by the Font Awesome team.
