This version has changes in dependencies. It's now based on .NETStandard 2.1 instead of .NETCoreApp 3.1.
This change introduce two new direct dependencies to System.ComponentModel.Annotations and System.Text.Json.
These changes should not be breaking compatibility with previous versions.
